These terms govern your use of Ohio GrantFlow. By creating an account you agree to them. This is placeholder copy for the MVP and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before launch.
The service
Ohio GrantFlow aggregates publicly available grant opportunities (federal via Grants.gov and Ohio state sources) and matches them to the profiles you create. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grants.gov or the State of Ohio.
No guarantee of eligibility or funding
Our eligibility checks are an aid, not legal advice. Always confirm eligibility and requirements on the official posting before applying. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that you will receive funding.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute the matched feed in bulk.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Polar, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
