Our data promise
- Your profiles and matches are never shared across tenants.
- We never use your profiles or activity to train models.
- You can export everything or delete your account anytime.
What we collect
- Account info (name, email) — handled by our auth provider, Clerk.
- The profiles you create (applicant type, geography, focus, categories, award range) and your saved/dismissed matches.
- Basic usage data to operate and improve the service.
Why profiles are sensitive
A profile describes what you’re looking for — for a consultant, that’s your client book and strategy. We treat profiles as competitively-sensitive intent: isolated per tenant, never sold, never used as training data.
Processors
- Clerk — authentication.
- Polar — payments & merchant of record (we never see your card details).
- Our hosting + database providers — to run the service.
Your controls
From Account settings you can export your profiles and matches as JSON, or delete your account and all associated data. Deletion cascades — profiles, matches, alerts, and your subscription record are removed.
