Community Resilience Centers Round 2 IMPLEMENTATION Grant (FY 26-27)

Summary
The Community Resilience Centers Program (CRC) funds planning, development, construction, and upgrades of local facilities to serve as Community Resilience Centers, providing shelter and resources during climate and other emergencies. The program will also fund ongoing year-round community services and programs that build overall community resilience.
Eligibility
Nonprofit; Public Agency; Tribal Government | Eligible Applicants include but are not limited to California Native American Tribes, Tribally-owned nonprofits, IRC 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, public agencies, local agencies, joint powers authorities, special districts, public utilities, local publicly owned utilities, and mutual water companies. (See Section 3.1 Eligible Applicants of the CRC R2 Guidelines.) | Lead Applicant must be based in California. The Project Area, inclusive of a proposed CRC Facility, Campus Amenities, Partner Sites, and any programs and services based out of the CRC facility or Partner Sites must be located in California.
