Eligibility
• US and foreign not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations • Public and private educational institutions • Public International Organizations and Governmental institutions. • Have demonstrated experience developing and administering similar programs. • Have the capacity to operate in Iraq and/or have active partnerships with organization(s) operating in Iraq. | applicant types: Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification)
