Business; Individual; Nonprofit; Other Legal Entity; Public Agency; Tribal Government | Applicants must meet all the eligibility requirements in the 2027 SPM Grants Solicitation. | Work may be conducted outside of California, but justification must be provided in the proposal application. Field work conducted outside of California must be in California-like conditions and the project must benefit Californians. Travel outside the state of California is not reimbursable.
